Here’s everything you need to know to enjoy your mobile sauna experience.

STEP 1

Booking Your Sauna

Booking is simple and personal. Reach out to us via the Contact Us form, email us directly, or call 647-936-4639, and let us know:

  • Which sauna experience you’d like

  • Your preferred dates

  • Any add-ons you’re interested in, like robes, slippers, extra firewood, or decorations

​

We’ll confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation via email and text, so you can relax knowing everything is taken care of.

STEP 2

Delivery & Setup

We handle the heavy lifting so you don’t have to. Our team delivers the sauna directly to your location and ensures it’s ready to enjoy.

​

  • Setup: Quick and seamless, we unhitch the sauna from our truck and leave it ready for you where desired.

  • Space Requirements: A parking spot on a fairly even surface is all that’s needed.

  • Optional Add-On: If you choose to have us pre-heat the sauna, it will take about 15 minutes of additional preparation time on-site.

Once setup is complete, your sauna is ready for you to unwind and soak in the experience.

STEP 3

Duration & Use

Our rentals are designed for flexibility and convenience:

​

  • Minimum rental: 24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends

  • Extended rentals: Weekly and longer-term rentals are available

  • Extensions: If you decide you want to add on extra nights for your rental, we will gladly extend your experience if the sauna isn't booked immediately after your original booking period - just contact us to inquire about an extension.​

  • Sauna Orientation & Safety Guide: Included with each rental and designed to support both safety and ritual. Inside, you’ll find everything you need to know about setup, heat and steam use, firewood care, and wellness best practices, so your experience feels as comfortable as possible.

STEP 4

Add-Ons & Customization

Enhance your sauna experience with our range of thoughtful extras:
 

  • Plush robes and slipper sets

  • Extra firewood

  • Pre-heated sauna

  • Personalized signage and decorations

  • Extended heating and rental durations
     

Add-ons can be requested directly when booking via email, phone, or the contact form. Every detail is designed to make your experience feel luxurious and effortless.

STEP 5

Safety & Guidelines

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. To ensure a safe sauna experience, please keep in mind:

​

  • The sauna is designed for adults 

  • Stay hydrated before, during, and after using the sauna

  • Time limits: We recommend 15–20 minute sessions, followed by cooling off

  • Health considerations: Individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or pregnancy should consult a doctor before use

  • Footwear: Go barefoot inside the sauna or use indoor sandals; avoid wearing shoes that could damage the wood

  • Keep the area around the sauna clear of combustible materials

STEP 6

Pickup & Return

At the end of your rental period, our team will return to pick up the sauna.

  • No cleaning or prep is required from you

  • We maintain and sanitize the sauna between each rental, ensuring it’s in perfect condition for the next guest
